Taking down the Exhibition, Bookbinding and other news.....

Today, with the help of my brother, I went to take down my 'Tragic Operetta's' Exhibition, to make way for the next artist! It was sad to see the work come down, and hard to believe I put it up four months ago. However on a good note, my mum finally got the illustration I promised her as a birthday present from back in May. As you can see from the photo, it's taking pride of place in the living room. This was the illustration that proved to be the most popular in the exhibition.....

Recently, I've been suffering with a touch of artists block. I'm having the ideas, yet struggling to commit them to paper. So, in order to remain productive and creative, I've decided to bind a photo album...I think the last album I bound was last September, so it's long overdue. Anyway I hope the receiver likes it, when it's complete. I'm quite proud of my ability to make the illustrated paper mirror image.....

Other news is that I'm going to Madrid in a few weeks for a long weekend...exciting! Also my website is very very very close to being complete, I'll post a link, when it's all done....
