"Febbraietto, corto e maledetto"

Last night I was researching some proverbs and quotes...not entirely sure why, but sometimes it's best not to question these things! When I found an italian proverb: "Febbraietto, corto e maledetto" meaning "Little February short and cursed.' I couldn't help but think that this would make a great illustration idea.
